CALCULATIONS IN REPORT FORM :

Compensation for each employee, based on a pre-set Piece rate entered for each inventory item

Example: If you were to set the piece rate for $ .60 for each 48 x 40 4/w #1 pallet and "John Doe" produced 200
of these pallets, the following would occur after HotSync with the Palm Pilot or Process Manual Data is selected
on the PC:
  A Compensation report would display:

If John was training someone or you wanted to give him an additional rate, you can setup John to have an additional Piece rate added to all of his items. Assuming you set him at .02 additional, the following would display:

AUTOMATIC INVENTORY ADJUSTMENT :

For each inventory item produced, that item is incremented by the number produced AND a pre-set inventory is decremented.

Example: If you were to set up the deduction for 48 x 40 4/w #1 pallets as 48 x 40 4/w Awaiting Repair Pallets,
the following would occur after HotSync with the Palm Pilot or Process Manual Data is selected on the PC:
  If 20 - 48 x 40 4/w #1 pallets are produced by ANY employee, 20 - 48 x 40 4/w AR pallets will be deducted
from inventory and 20 - 48 x 40 4/w #1 pallets would be added to inventory.
